REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All Sales Are Generally Final

Due to the collectible and randomized nature of Trading Card Game products, Ryuro.ch generally does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

This policy exists to protect against:

  • product tampering
  • resealing
  • card swapping
  • fraud
  • manipulation of randomized products

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances once delivered:

  • opened booster packs
  • opened booster boxes/displays
  • opened collection products
  • live break products
  • graded cards
  • single cards
  • clearance items
  • mystery products
  • products with broken factory seals

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • the wrong product
  • a severely damaged item
  • a missing item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • order number
  • clear photos
  • shipping packaging photos

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may be refused.

Minor imperfections in shrink wrap, packaging, centering, print quality, or factory defects are not considered valid damage claims.


Chargebacks & Abuse

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of refund systems may result in:

  • permanent bans
  • order cancellation
  • legal action
  • reporting to payment providers
