shipping costs and related fees are non-refundable.

What Is a Live Break?

A Live Break is a service where sealed products are opened live on stream or video on behalf of the customer.

By purchasing a Live Break product, customers authorize Ryuro.ch to open the product.


Important Conditions

  • All Live Break sales are final
  • Opened products cannot be refunded
  • Pulls are completely random
  • No guaranteed hits or valuable cards
  • Technical issues may occasionally delay streams

Cards will be shipped according to the selected shipping method or store policy.


Recording & Content Usage

Ryuro.ch may record and publish live break content on social media, livestream platforms, or promotional channels.

Customer personal information will never intentionally be disclosed publicly.
