1. General Information

Ryuro.ch operates as an online store specializing in authentic Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including sealed products, accessories, single cards, graded cards, and live break services.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or have permission from a legal guardian.

2. Product Authenticity

All products sold on Ryuro.ch are authentic and sourced through trusted distributors, suppliers, retailers, or secondary market channels.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • All sealed products are factory sealed
  • All graded cards remain in their original slabs
  • Product images are for reference only
  • Packaging design may vary depending on print runs or regions

3. Randomized Products Disclaimer

Trading Card Game products contain randomized contents.

Ryuro.ch does not guarantee:

  • specific cards
  • pull rates
  • rarity distribution
  • graded card quality
  • investment value
  • resale value
  • market price increases

By purchasing sealed products, customers acknowledge and accept the randomized nature of TCG products.

Unfavorable pulls, duplicate cards, damaged packaging from manufacturers, or disappointment with card contents are not valid reasons for refunds, chargebacks, or returns.

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are displayed in CHF unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to:

  • modify prices at any time
  • limit quantities
  • cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders
  • refuse service at our discretion
  • cancel oversold products caused by inventory or supplier issues

If an order must be canceled, the customer will receive a refund for unavailable items.

5. Preorders

Preorder release dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturer delays, allocation changes, customs processing, or distributor issues.

Ryuro.ch is not responsible for delays outside our control.

Preorders may be partially allocated if suppliers reduce confirmed quantities.

Orders containing preorder items may ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

6. Live Breaks

By purchasing a Live Break product or service, customers agree to the following:

  • Products opened during a live break cannot be canceled or returned
  • All cards pulled during the break belong to the customer unless otherwise stated
  • Customers accept the randomness of pack openings
  • Ryuro.ch does not guarantee any specific pull or card value
  • Timing of live breaks may change depending on scheduling or technical issues

Customers selecting Live Break options authorize Ryuro.ch to open sealed products on stream or video content.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Ryuro.ch is not responsible for:

  • customs delays
  • import taxes
  • carrier delays
  • lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers

Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and local regulations in their country.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ryuro.ch shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages
  • lost profits
  • speculative investment losses
  • manufacturer defects outside our control
  • grading company decisions
  • fluctuating market prices

Our liability is limited to the original purchase amount paid.

9. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • cancel suspicious orders
  • refuse high-risk transactions
  • request identity verification
  • block abusive customers
  • refuse returns suspected of tampering, resealing, product swapping, or fraud

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by Swiss law.

Jurisdiction shall be Switzerland unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
